Abstract
This document is divided in four chapters which analyse the main stakes and characteristics of the forest (environment management, wood industry economy, leisure...). Some recommendations are provided on the wood industry productivity improvement, the wood energy, the leisure management, the fire protection and the forestry research programs. (A.L.B.)
