Spectrochemical analysis of impurities in plutonium and its compounds; L'analyse spectrochimique des impuretes dans le plutonium et ses composes

Abstract

After a review of previous works, various powdered or wet analytical methods are studied. One tries to give an explanation for some phenomena. A detailed know-how of studied methods is given. Validity of results is discussed. Problem of impurities in alloys analysis and non spectroscopic elements determination is quickly reviewed. One concludes to the interest of the use of some particular methods and the necessity of basic studies in order to obtain best information. (author) [French] Apres une revue des travaux precedents on etudie les differentes methodes d'analyse soit sur poudre (oxyde), soit sur solution. On tente de donner une interpretation de certains phenomenes. On donne un mode d'emploi detaille des methodes etudiees, on envisage la validite des resultats. On passe en revue rapidement le probleme de l'analyse des impuretes dans les alliages et de la determination des elements non spectroscopiques. On conclut a l'interet de l'emploi de certaines methodes, et a la necessite d'etudes fondamentales en vue d'aboutir a une meilleure obtention des informations. (auteur)
