Abstract
Recently, nano-structure superconductors have been studied widely, especially using the Ginzburg-Landau equation. But the quasi-particle structures have not been studied. So we have developed the finite element method for solving the Bogoliubov-de Gennes equation of nano scale superconductors in arbitrary geometries. We have applied it to a nano-scaled superconducting square plate. The result shows the quasi-particle bound states of each vortex interfere and the local density of states has an asymmetric structure.
