Abstract
Conditions of actually full decomposition of loparite concentrate at a temperature of 95 Deg C by hydrochloric acid, its concentration 37 % at S : L = 1 : 4, for 6 h were ascertained for developing hydrochloric acid technology of loparite. Extraction separation of the sum of titanium (IV), niobium (V) and tantalum (V) using octanol was carried out under laboratory conditions in a continuous mode. The process of low-soluble Cs{sub 2}TiCl{sub 6} precipitation from back-extraction solutions was tested for separation of titanium (IV) and niobium (V)
