Abstract
Trinucleon molecular structure in {sup 6}He and {sup 6}Be were investigated by using {sup 6}Li({sup 7}Li,{sup 7}Be){sup 6}He reaction at 455 MeV {sup 6}Li({sup 3}He, t){sup 6}Be reaction at 450 MeV, respectively. Binary decay into t + t at E{sub x}=18.0 MeV in {sup 6}He and into {sup 3}He + {sup 3}He in {sup 6}Be were observed by measuring trinucleon cluster decay. The branching ratios for binary decay were estimated to be about 0.7 for {sup 6}He and {sup 6}Be.
