Abstract

In the work an analysis of experimental data during study both gases adsorption processes and radiation defects accumulation in irradiated (ultraviolet, gamma-, neutron-, alpha-particle- and proton radiation) in the oxides (SiO{sub 2}, Al{sub 2}O{sub 3}, BeO, Se{sub 2}O{sub 3}, Dy{sub 2}O{sub 3}, La{sub 2}O{sub 3}, Er{sub 2}O{sub 3}) is carried out. It is determined, that these processes are correlating with each other and equivalent kinetic equations for its description are proposed.
