Abstract

This paper describes the functionality of the Integral System of Information for the Diagnosis of Predictive Maintenance (SIIDMP) in the thermoelectric centrals, whose primary target is to give support to the personnel related with the maintenance and operation of the thermoelectric central to optimize the application of the inspection, maintenance and its associated costs. It is important to comment that in the generating power stations of Comision Federal de Electricidad (CFE) techniques and methodologies for the preventive and corrective maintenance are applied, in addition of which they count on electronic equipment of operation dedicated to the inspection and control of vibratory equipment. The architecture of the SIIDMP is of the client-server type and for its design and implantation Windows NT 4.0 was used as operating system, SQL Server 7.0 as server and manager of the database, Visual C++ for the programs of data mining, Vision Basic 6.0 for the codification of the application programs and Interface Man-Machine (IMM), the communication mechanism Open Data Base Connectivity (ODBC) to establish the connection with the different data sources, as well as libraries of symbols and graphs that were included in the interface of the user. With systems like the SIIDMP, a reduction of the costs due to shutdowns by accidental failures of the main equipment is looked for, limiting the deterioration of the equipment, as well as to provide knowledge and aid to all the personnel who take part in the management of the operation and conservation of the facilities of the power station. [Spanish] Se describe la funcionalidad del Sistema Integral de Informacion para el Diagnostico de Mantenimiento Predictivo en las centrales termoelectricas (SIIDMP), cuyo objetivo principal es apoyar al personal relacionado con el mantenimiento y operacion de la central termoelectrica para optimizar la aplicacion de las inspecciones, mantenimiento y sus costos asociados. Es importante comentar que en las centrales generadoras de la Comision Federal de Electricidad (CFE) se aplican tecnicas y metodologias para el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, ademas de que cuentan con equipos electronicos de operacion dedicada para la inspeccion y control de equipos vibratorios. La arquitectura del SIIDMP es del tipo cliente-servidor y para su diseno e implantacion se empleo Windows NT 4.0 como sistema operativo, SQL Server 7.0 como servidor y administrador de la base de datos, Visual C++ par los programas de extraccion de datos, Visual Basic 6.0 para la codificacion de los programas de aplicacion e Interfaz Hombre-Maquina (IHM), el mecanismo de comunicacion Open Data Base Connectivity (ODBC) para establecer la conexion con los diferentes fuentes de datos, asi como bibliotecas de simbolos y graficas que se incluyeron en la interfaz del usuario. El principal objetivo del SIIDMP es atender las necesidades propias sobre optimizacion, mejoras y ahorros en la operacion de la centrales. Con sistemas como el SIIDMP, se busca una reduccion de los costos debido a paradas por averias accidentales de los equipos principales, limitar el deterioro de los equipos, asi como proporcionar conocimientos y asistencia a todo el personal que interviene en la gestion de la operacion y conservacion de las instalaciones de la central.}
