Abstract

The more significant scientific events of the IRSN (Institut of radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety) in 2002, are presented in this report. The first parts concern the reactors, the installations and the radioactive matters transport safety. Part four to six deal with the human and the environment protection. A special part is devoted to the radioactive wastes safety. To illustrate the IRSN cooperation, thesis, research formation and international cooperation are also presented. (A.L.B.)
