Abstract

Under India-CMS collaboration, BARC is developing silicon strip detectors for applications at CERN. This project is being carried out in collaboration with CEERI, Pilani and BEL, Bangalore. The details of various activities involved in this project are discussed in this paper. The results showing the performance of the strip detectors fabricated at CEERI and BEL are presented. (author)
