Abstract
This reports presents the activities and accomplishment of the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute (PNRI) for the calendar year 1999. Some of the highlights sited are the services rendered by the institute to the public; research and development being taken; nuclear safety and regulations; the improvement of S and T governance, management and linkages with the support of the IAEA which was affirmed by the IAEA Director General Dr. Mohamed ElBaradei during his visit to the Philippines. Also cited in this reports is the implementation of the high priority flagship programs of the institute.
