Present state of research and development on the bio desulfurization; Baio datsuryu ni kansuru kenkyu kaihatsu no genjo

Abstract

Recently, it desires the development of the technology, which removes the sulfur constituent, which is included for crude oil and light oil advanced. The removal ever faces the sulfur constituent as a cause of acid rain and air pollution, and it examines that the sulfur content in the diesohol is lowered to 50ppm from 500ppm. The conventional technology for removing this is based on the hydrodesulfurization, and reaction facility of high temperature and pressure is required from the present in order to raise the approach desulfurization depth. Recently, it discovers the microorganism, which peculiarly decomposes DBT and has been noticed. (NEDO)
