Abstract
This paper presents a complete list of ``mass excesses``, which is an update of the similar values in the 1993 Atomic Mass Evaluation, and a list of the isomeric transition energies which are best determined from a combination of masses. A list of new or revised experimental data for mass determination is also given. The significance of these data, and their possible deviation from earlier ones or from expectations are discussed. Adopted new procedures and policies are presented. (orig.).
