Abstract
MUP-III program is used to calculate the fast neutron data of middle-heavy nuclei in energy range from 1 keV to 20 MeV. Its theoretical framework includes the optical model, width fluctuation corrected Hauser-Feshbach formula, evaporation model and pre-equilibrium statistical theory based on the generalized exciton model. MUP-III is designed by the module structure and adopts some new techniques to raise its running speed.
