A high T{sub c} proximity effect superconductor and its superconductivity

Abstract

Using detail DC magnetization measurement method, a high T{sub c} proximity effect superconductor has been discovered in single phase Y{sub 1}Ba{sub 2}Cu{sub 3}O{sub 7-}{delta} bulk superconductor for the first time. Its super-conductivities have been studied too, and superconducting parameters was footnoted by a. These parameters are T{sub ca} = 84.7 K, H{sub cla}(0) = 15.6Oe, H{sub ca}(0) = 108.1Oe, H{sub c2a}(0) = 372.2Oe, {lambda}(0) = 2.3 x 1-{sup -5} cm, {zeta}(0) = 9.4 x 10{sup -6} cm, k = 2.44, {gamma} = 2.6 x 10{sup -8} J cm{sup -3}K{sup -2}, 2{Delta}{sub 0}/K{sub B}T{sub c} = 3.56.
