Abstract
An analysis of the weak transition form factors of heavy {Lambda}{sub Q}-like baryons is made in the light-cone QCD, incorporating the heavy quark symmetry derived from the heavy quark effective theory. The independent form factors are formulated in terms of the Fock state wave function of the hadron. Decay properties of the process {Lambda}{sub b} {yields} {Lambda}{sub c}l{nu}{sub e} are presented using a relativistic generalization of the constituent quark model.
