Abstract
Antinucleon-nucleon scattering at low energy is an excellent tool to study the nucleon-antinucleon interaction. After a brief review of the physics objectives of this field, the data coming from LEAR (Low Energy Antiproton Ring) at CERN are presented with an emphasis on the new data on spin observables. The experimental findings are compared with theory and the theoretical work going on is commented. 38 refs, 11 figs, 1 tab.
