Abstract
A general method used to construct the boundary conditions for the charged particles distribution functions that provides the fulfilment of one or several conservation laws is suggested. The electromagnetic fields generated by an arbitrary distribution of sources in the case of semi-bounded plasma at random charged particle distribution by a boundary surface are calculated. 40 refs.
