Parametric decay instability of surface electron waves in the field of bulk Langmuir wave and influence of bulk wave on modulation instability of surface waves in semibounded plasma are considered. Nonhomogeneity of bulk electron wave near the boundary is taken into account. 19 refs.; 1 fig.
