Abstract
The structure of the vacuum and the spectrum of bound states in the four-fermion model with condensates of third family quarks responsible for dynamical electroweak symmetry breaking are studied. It is shown that the stable vacuum of this model corresponds to the solution without U{sub em}(1)-symmetry breaking. It is also shown that the spectrum of bound states of the model coincides with that of the standard model. Higgs bosons appears as bound states of t and b quarks. 15 refs.
