Abstract

The low-frequency device of bend pendulum type with the electromagnetic excitation and capacitance take off of the oscillation was designed to measure the internal friction and modulus of elasticity of the metal and alloys trended by the low-energy ions from the glow discharge plasma. 5 refs.; 4 figs.
