Abstract
The transport equations for energy, momentum, orbital angular momentum and self-angular momentum of the electromagnetic wave packet propagating in the weakly absorbing homogeneous stationary anisotropic and gyrotropic medium with temporal and spacial dispersion have been obtained. These equations contain terms up to second order expansion in series for values {lambda}/L and {Omega}/{omega} (here {lambda} and {omega} are the wave length and wave frequency, L and i/{Omega}-the characteristic length and time of the wave amplitude change). It has been shown that the self-angular momentum (spin) conservation law is true only for transversal waves with circular polarization. Expressions for spin density, its flux and power losses have been determined. (author). 26 refs.
