Abstract
The regulation effects of lithium and lymphocytes on hemopoiesis were studied in three groups of experiment. The data obtained from these experiments showed that: (1) There occurred four kinds of reaction of patients lymphocytes to PHA and ConA in vitro; (2) Lithium could induce CFU-S to proliferate and differentiate directly or indirectly; (3) The suppressive effect of lithium upon T{sub s} cells was stronger than upon T{sub H} cells, so it could directly regulate the inhibitory effects of T{sub s} cells upon hemopoietic cells.
