Abstract
Based on the results of medico-biological investigations the conclusion is made about the influence of professional radiation effect on human health in doses at the level of permissible limits. The necessity of new approaches to the radiation safety is validated at the conditions of situation turned out after the Chernobyl accident. It was shown that the radiation-hygienic estimation of professional irradiation should be oriented first of all to the exposure of early bioeffects. The analysis of the most sensitive tests is made that may be used in radiobiological investigations and during the medical staff examination. (author). 60 refs.
