Abstract
It is investigated the influence of presence of traps on diffusion of particles which are implanted by means of low-energy irradiation. Stationary space distributions of interstitial particles and complexes were calculated for some values of binding energy and energy of activation of complex migration. (author). 5 refs., 4 figs.
