Abstract
The experimental results are reported, that disordered at room temperature by 80 MeV alpha-particles Indium Arsenide at T<6 K has properties,peculiar to superconductors. The likely mechanisms of superconductive states formation in semiconductor crystals are discussed. (author). 14 refs., 3 figs.
