Abstract
One of the main bases of the project ``Analysis of Possibilities of Solar Power Supply in Nordrhein-Westfalen and its Development until 2020`` is the achievement of a solar surface utilization plan. The duty of this plan is to indicate usefull areas for solar application in Nordrhein-Westfalen. This report shows the task of the solar surface utilization plan and explains attributes to describe surfaces for solar applications. (orig.) [Deutsch] Die Erstellung eines solaren Flaechennutzungsplans, dessen Aufgabe die Ausweisung solartechnisch nutzbarer Flaechen in Nordrhein-Westfalen ist, stellt eine wesentliche Grundlage der Potentialstudie ``Analyse von Moeglichkeiten zur praktischen Solarenergienutzung und deren Entwicklungsperspektiven bis zum Jahr 2020 in Nordrhein-Westfalen`` dar. Der vorliegende Bericht klaert die Aufgaben eines solaren Flaechennutzungsplans und zeigt, welche Merkmale eine solare Potentialflaeche hinreichend beschreiben. (orig.)
