Abstract
The report deals with an evaluation of the greenhouse effect with the focus on the impacts and measures. Following aspects are considered: Norwegian environmental policy - evaluations and conclusions; the greenhouse effect and the climate development; possible consequences of the greenhouse effect; international conditions and the work with a global climate agreement; means for reducing the emissions of climatic gases; economic impacts of limiting the CO{sub 2}-emissions; precautions within different sectors; further research and elucidation. 43 refs., 31 figs., 44 tabs.
