Intermittent electric field in a random medium. A conjecture to cold fusion

Abstract

Possible existence of an intermittent electric field in a medium, in which the electric conductivity is supposed to be a random quantity, is studied on the basis of a model equation. Implication to cold fusion is noted. (author).
