Abstract
This report follows up the publication `Swedish Environmental Debt`, published 1992 by prof. Jerneloev. Questions and comments caused by the first publication are answered and discussed here. An environmental capital budget for companies is outlined with its different sub-items, and a discussion of the effect of biological recovery on the environmental debt is also given
