Abstract
The Danish law on heating supplies dictates that a number of district heating plants shall work out proposals for conversion to the cogeneration of heat and electricity. The project proposals must be authorized according to the law on heat supply and also by the authorities according to the law on electric power supply. The relevant regulations are cited. The note aims at showing a concrete example of how a proposal for a project for the conversion of a district heating plant to cogeneration, addressed to the authorities, could be worked out. The administrative processes of authorizaton are explained. (AB).
