Abstract
A generating function of the effective Hamiltonians for the nuclei whose dynamic symmetry group is a direct product SU(3)xSU(3) is constructed. It is shown that the generating function is made up of the operators of the enveloping algebra of group SU(3)xSU(3). The basis of the operators involves both the operators which change the indices of irreducible representations ({lambda},{mu}) and those which leave them unchanged. The problem of rotational and vibrational limits to the effective Hamiltonians is studied. 32 refs.
