Abstract
In order to make input data preparation for nuclear reaction model codes less time consuming we have developed at Bruyeres-le-Chatel a system of codes and format which handles discrete levels information (such as excitation energy, spin, parity, gamma decay{hor_ellipsis}). The basic data are taken from the adopted levels, gamma data sets of the ENSDF library. These data are converted by a two step process into data directly usable by model codes. The two programs and the associated data format are fully described in this report.
