Abstract

Within the framework of experimental studies on a new diode laser molecular jet apparatus, sub-Doppler spectra of NO and N{sub 2}O were measured in a planar supersonic jet. Different experimental methods for obtaining jet spectra will be presented and illustrated with examples. The presence of small clusters in the expansion will be investigated.
