Quantization of electrodynamics in the light cone gauge

Abstract

Electrodynamics is quantized in the light cone gauge. Gauge fixing terms are considered from the point of view of the Hamiltonian formalism. It is clarified how the prescription for the unphysical pole in the propagator is related with the ordering of operators set in quantization. 8 refs.
