Abstract
A concept of organizing structure is exposed and main information users are indicated. Basing on different user needs in type and content of information, main forms of data which will be requested are defined. Primary data sources for storage and processing in information databases as well as special channels for users are determined. The obtained results may be used by NPP public information services as a feedback between the socium and NPP administration and as means for public opinion formation. 4 refs. (author).
