Abstract

Savings in operation by rationalization and cooperation between small district heating plants has been investigated. It is concluded that it is possible to save on the management budget through increased cooperation between the plants. The savings can be achieved by community purcharse of meters, pipes and fuels, and furthermore by community management, operation and surveilliance of the plants. (CLS).
