Abstract
It is suggested that the first and second generations of quarks and leptons can be taken as almost and quasi Nambu-Goldstone fermions, respectively. As a result, derived are simple relations such as m{sub {tau}}{approx_equal}(m{sub {mu}}{sup 3}/m{sub e}){sup 1/2}, which are well satisfied experimentally. (author).
