On the relativistic string size at finite temperature

Abstract

The spin dependence of the size of the spatial region occupied by the bosonic string at finite temperature is discussed. The expression for a free energy of the string with fixed spin and the distance between its ends is obtained. The sizes of bound states of light quarks in this model are analysed. 8 refs.; 1 fig.
