Abstract
A general solution of the problem concerning the quasi-stationary state life-time in the case of pure shaking of the quantum system and shaking in the external laser field, is obtained. A detailed consideration is given to the cases of neutron collisions with hydrogen-like atoms and ions in the constant electric field and in the constant electric field and in the field of electromagnetic waves. It is shown that the decay rate can decrease in the resonance laser field. 8 refs.; 5 figs.
