Abstract
It`s described the preparation of a complete procedure for the circuit simulation of amorphous silicon thin film transistors. They make up an active matrix of local switches for the addressing of the individual pixels in flat-panel liquid cristal displays. It`s evaluated the best external driving method of the whole matrix to be used for displayng Tv pictures.
