ExpS methods and lattice QCD with fermions

Abstract

The application of many-body techniques to the lattice QCD Hamiltonian is investigated. Various approaches to the pure Yang-Mills case (Kogut-Susskind framework) including expS methods are compared yielding encouraging results. The perspectives of a generalization of these expS methods to QCD including quarks are then discussed. ((orig.)).
