Abstract
The four pulse excitation of photon echo in resonant solid state media has been examined. It is characterized by more comfortible conditions of propagation directions which permits to modify the directions of spreding response and suppress unwilling echo signals by making up conditions for radiating only from the part of the crystal where all the excitation beams have crossed. 14 refs.; 5 figs.
