Radioactive ion beams at GANIL

Abstract

This short paper intends to present a brief overview of the new physics with GANIL radioactive beams as well as a first approach of technical solutions for a post accelerating system. The addition of such a radioactive ion beam facility would not replace the existing devices. It would considerably enlarge our research field.
