Gauge theory in d=2+1 at high temperature: Z{sub N} interface

Abstract

We calculate on the lattice the interface tension in the SU(2) pure gauge theory in d=2+1 at high temperature. The result is compared to the perturbative prediction. The agreement confirms applicability of the perturbation theory in this case. ((orig.)).
