Abstract
The spectral density in the integral representation for the gluon condensate coefficient function up to two-loop level is constructed. Using this representation, the gluon condensate value (from charmonium spectroscopy experimental data) is re-estimated and concluded that this value is approximately two times greater than the one-loop effective value. 9 refs.
