Abstract
For the formulation of the technology development strategies the nuclear core technology, environmental analysis has been performed in four aspects: ecological environment, energy economy, nuclear policy and R and D environment. After analyzing the environment and identifying the opportunities and threats from the environment, the strategies on individual and organizational level have been developed for both of the short-term and long-term periods. For the betterment of nuclear business management, the management information system, management by objective and the mechanism for the enhancement of negotiation power in the international agreement have been studied.
