Abstract

The report describes the greenhouse effect caused by the species CF{sub 4} and C{sub 2}F{sub 6} which are produced in aluminium processing. Global Warming Potential (GWP) values are calculated with a broadband infrared radiation transfer model. 14 refs., 1 fig., 3 tabs.
