Abstract
Physical, radiobiological, clinical aspects of neutron capture therapy (NCT) were considered. Problems of planning and optimization of NCT courses were discussed. Data of nature of radiation pathomorphosis, radiation injuries of healthy tissues were presented. Problems of acute radiation sickness caused by neutron radiation were regarded.
