Abstract

This paper describes a method of electric and magnetic fields and their fluctuations simultaneous measurements in open trap plasmas with {beta} < 1. The method is based on radial injections of 15-60 keV atomic/molecular beam of hydrogen isotopes. The time resolution is expected to be of the order of 1 {mu}s. 13 refs., 2 figs.
