Renormcharges in V-A Theories

Abstract

It is shown that in the theory of weak interaction there may not exist any group of the renormtransformation of charge (i.e., the charge-g{sub L} remains constant) because this theory can be characterized as a `left` one, or if such a group exists it is then realized for the charge g{sub L}, and it is not related to the charge g in the vector theory. In connection with the above said there arises a problem of relating the charges g{sub L} and g when constructing the unified theory of interaction. (author). 7 refs.
